The banking sector can take advantage of the proliferation online as well government’s reinforcement cashless transactions to expedite usage branchless banking. prime objective this study is examine factors that affect rural people’s bounded rational intention toward conduct during Corona Pandemic in Bangladesh. Data (n = 390) were collected from people residing areas surrounding booths where no branch services are available. analyzed employing structural equation modeling by AMOS software. findings indicate all positively significant influence behavior. results also show trustworthiness and normative structure exhibit highest positive significance intention.
